Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia have applied restrictive measures on the patron of the Georgian Dream party, Bidzina Ivanishvili, and several senior officials. They have been denied entry to these countries.The list of officials whose movement has been restricted by Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania is known.
These individuals are:

- Shalva Bedoidze (Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs)
- Ioseb Chelidze (Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs)
- Alexandre Darakhvelidze (Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs)
- Giorgi Butkhuzi (Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs)
- Zviad Kharazishvili “Khareba” (Head of the Special Tasks Department)
- Milleri Lagazauri (“Khareba” Deputy)
- Mirza Kezevadze (“Khareba” Deputy)
- Vazha Siradze (Head of the Patrol Police Department)
- Teimuraz Kupatadze (Director of the Criminal Police Department)
Gabrielius Landsbergis wrote on Platform X, the restrictions on the above-mentioned individuals are due to human rights violations.
The three Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are jointly imposing national sanctions against those who "suppress legitimate protests" in Georgia.
"Estonia ednies entry to Georgians who violate" writes Margus Tsahkna, the Estonian Foreign Minister. The Latvian Foreign Minister echoes this sentiment.
