Ukraine's success as a strong and independent country is the best rebuke to Putin's aggression, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said during a meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba at the ongoing NATO summit in Washington. According to Blinken, the current summit will further strengthen Ukraine's ties with NATO, as well as its path to membership.
"This summit will further strengthen Ukraine's ties with NATO as well as its path to membership. We have been working very closely to ensure that Ukraine is firmly on its feet militarily, economically and democratically. The success of Ukraine as a strong and independent country is the best rebuke to Putin's aggression”, - Anthony Blinken said.
The Secretary of State also mentioned the recent attack on the children's hospital in Kyi and said that it further emphasizes the need to provide assistance to Ukraine.
On his part, Dmytro Kuleba said that the attack carried out by Russia should not remain unresponded and Ukraine's defence capabilities should be further strengthened.
